EDWIN W.F. DYER III

Born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, Edwin W.F. Dyer III is a 1973 graduate of BostonUniversity Law School, having previously graduated from the University of Massachusetts.  Mr. Dyer is a former Administrative Law Judge for the North Dakota Office of Administrative Hearings from 1995 - 2003 and a former Chief Judge in Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court from 1989 to 1991. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and has been riding for over 20 years.

ANNE E. SUMMERS

Born in Boone, Iowa, Anne Summers is a 1982 graduate of the University of North Dakota Law School.  Ms. Summers is the current president of the North Dakota Family Law Association.  In addition to practicing law, Ms. Summers is an accomplished violinist with the Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra, and speaks fluent French. She is a founding member of both the Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra and the Bismarck/Mandan Symphony Orchestra.

Tara Taxis is our only staff who is a Native North Dakotan.  Born in Fargo and raised in Minot, Tara joined our firm this year and plans to pursue her education at Bismarck State College in the spring of 2007.  Work and school will keep Tara quite busy, but in her limited spare time, Tara enjoys working out and sports.
