The law firm of Dyer & Summers, P.C. was founded in 1985 by Edwin W.F. Dyer III after eleven years of practice in the legal services area. In 1986, he was joined by Anne E. Summers, who at that time, already had 4 years of experience. Our firm has been in business for over 20 years, providing legal services throughout the state of North Dakota, with a combined 54 plus years of experience in many areas of law.
